i liked that there was a wide choice of food available.

Our room was not properly cleaned. It was a family room. upon arrival, i noticed medication from previous guests left in the children's room. for two weeks, our room was only cleaned five times after i complained. i had to ask for clean towels and bedding myself.

the aqua park and swimming pools were great for both adults and kids! the garden was tidy and green, and the area felt clean. the staff were easy to communicate with, polite, and helpful. there was also a special beach for sea access.

The hotel is quite far from the airport. The couch transfer took almost two hours. the safe wasn't free. It required an extra payment. i found the ice cream disappointing. It tasted more like frozen yogurt.

the pools are massive and clean. the water park is also great for both adults and children. the gardens are tidy with plenty of green spaces. the beach access is convenient with a dedicated area for hotel guests.

the wifi access was a little limited, it only allowed for two devices without extra charges. it would have been better if all guests in the room could connect freely. the need to pay for additional devices was a bit inconvenient.

Our family room offered ample space and included a balcony, we had amazing view. the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning functioned well, a little too well. housekeeping maintained cleanliness, we always had fresh towels. Also the shower was good!

the variety of food options was extensive, we had great meals and many choices. i loved the abundance of meat and fish. the snack bar near the water slides served fresh pizza and self-serve drinks. everything was really good, with constant availability.
